We work with the City of Northfield and Carleton College to make our neighborhood safer for people of all ages to travel, whether on foot or bicycle, riding public transit or in motor vehicles.

CITY OF NORTHFIELD
No street parking between November 15-March 15.
No parking in one street space for more than 48 consecutive hours.
No parking by a yellow-painted curb.
No parking within 20 feet of a crosswalk that would interfere with pedestrians.
No parking that blocks access to a driveway or refuse bin.
No parking within 10 feet of a fire hydrant.
CARLETON COLLEGE
All student vehicles must be registered with the college.
Students are prohibited from parking on city streets between 2:00am - 6:00am, year-round.
